I've been blessed enough to travel to a lot of places in this world, but no place has a bigger piece of my heart than Georgia College and the community there in Milledgeville.
I had a wonderful time there. I was from Macon but never wanted to go home for a visit.I didn't want to miss anything going on on the weekends. That was 1955 to 1959. Four very happy years for me.I met so many nice down to earth girls and teachers.I married and moved to the Washington DC area for 54 years. I now live in Concord,NH close to my daughter and her family. I love my memories of my college days. Margaret McCrary Garvin
Georgia College will always be my home away from home! I met lifelong friends there, including some of my professors. I always felt supported in the classroom and beyond. I continue to feel that support after graduating in 2013! Go Bobcats!
