Got two appointments, didn't get an explanation on what they were for, waited for half an hour and didn't even get to see the doctor. Used to like the clinic's service a lot, now it needs improvement.
He is a good doctor but he overbooks way too much his staff is rude it takes months if he even wants to do a prior authorization for medication it takes you 2 hours to be seen from your appointment time you get no phone calls back it's just down right ridiculous which is sad because he is a decent doctor
Dr Boyd is fantastic, spends meaningful with me everytime, listens, cares and manages whatever I bring in. Highly recommend!
The doctors are friendly but the wait times are absurd!! Every single time I go, I wait between 1-2 hours past my appt. And just for a prescription refill. This is not okay.
