A PCP Who Truly Listens! After a long hiatus due to high-deductible marketplace insurance, I returned today for a minor medical issue. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed. Dr. Boyd, Dr. Kim and staff went above and beyond to take care of my medical needs.
Got two appointments, didn't get an explanation on what they were for, waited for half an hour and didn't even get to see the doctor. Used to like the clinic's service a lot, now it needs improvement.
He is a good doctor but he overbooks way too much his staff is rude it takes months if he even wants to do a prior authorization for medication it takes you 2 hours to be seen from your appointment time you get no phone calls back it's just down right ridiculous which is sad because he is a decent doctor
