I referred a family member here. What initially started as a good consultation, quickly turned out into a chaotic nightmare. This office is very disorganized, this is unacceptable, we had to go into that office 4 times physically for the follow-up, and that does not include the three or four calls to get a follow-up. Worst clinic ever - scheduled an appointment at 3pm and waited 2 HOURS (until 5pm) and the doctor never showed up. I had to leave and go to another clinic.
A PCP Who Truly Listens! After a long hiatus due to high-deductible marketplace insurance, I returned today for a minor medical issue. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed.
