They shut down due to covid-19 & have no locations near where their elderly customer live. Are not doing over the phone or video appointments so their elderly people are left with out being able to get their medications
I LOVE LOVE LOVE the PA, Tommie Floyd. She has listened to me with caring and understanding. A true rarity in the professional medical field. The only outstanding issue I have is they do not answer the phone. I have called for days without answer. One line is busy and the other line states the mailbox is full. I would hate for someone to really be needing to see the doctor and have to go through the aggravation.
I love this Clinic! They're very kind and actually listen to their patients concerns. I have never had doctors that take the time and so much care to make sure I understand the pros and cons of different medications, and my body could handle the medications as well. I would definitely recommend this clinic!
