Ruby at the front desk is very passive-aggressive, dismissive, and does care to keep patient information discrete. I’ve been a patient for 10+ plus years, have a well established relationship with my provider, and have never caused issue. Her lack of concern and willingness to listen is very off putting and the very reason I won’t return to the practice. My family is heartbroken. We've raised the grave concern on more than one occasion that the clinic does not return phone calls, voicemails. When needing prescription approvals, scheduling, availability, results confirmation? Days or weeks will go by with no movement until one consumes a day from work to have to come in person for answers, praying there won't be hearts of sandpaper at the front desk.
