My family is heartbroken. We've raised the grave concern on more than one occasion that the clinic does not return phone calls, voicemails. When needing prescription approvals, scheduling, availability, results confirmation? Days or weeks will go by with no movement until one consumes a day from work to have to come in person for answers, praying there won't be hearts of sandpaper at the front desk. Don’t waste your time. The older receptionist is really rude. Place is falling apart and they don’t care about their patients.
