I just move to Georgia and had to switch insurance companies. I called looking for a psychiatrist since my insurance said one was there and it was covered. It’s wastage of people’s time when they clearly know they won’t be available on Saturdays
The lady started off nice and advised me to get two things done at the same time to save money but then the lady told her that the ekg machine is down and when I ask her to find out when it will be fixed she went around the corner and acted like she asked her not know I understand some Korean. I told her I know she didn’t ask her and I understand and she was stuck. That’s not professional..
