I want to take a moment to thank Randy Shorter with Georgia Climate Control for diagnosing and repairing my AC unit. We have had multiple companies come out and they couldn't determine what the problem was. It hasn't worked properly for several years. I called Georgia Climate Control and they immediately sent Randy out. He was extremely professional and knowledgeable. And not to mention he's quite the Dog Whisperer! From start to finish, he was punctual, knowledgeable, patient, and thorough. Thank you Georgia Climate Control! You made my whole experience easy! First, let’s talk about customer service. When you call, you speak to an actual person (The sweet lady I spoke too was named Allie). They get you on the schedule quickly and make you feel like a priority. Second, when the technician comes, they take their time.
