Jeramey with Georgia used bait and switch tactic to get the business. I wanted to spend around $700-$800 and did not have the carpet I wanted. Jeramy talked me into buying the $1200 with the understanding I would have my carpet in 1 week. After waiting 1 week and not hearing from Jeramey, I called. He said sorry it will take 5 weeks not the 1 week he promised. Needless to say I was upset. At that time Jeramey agreed to a discount of some type and a gift card. i WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND GEORGIA CARPET World. The floors nick easily, the quarter round molding was never installed and the floors look awful. Calls were never returned. I look at my floors everyday and hate them!
We had a great experience with Georgia Carpet and Floors, Greg was very helpful in helping us pick out flooring and he was easy to work with. The instal went without any issues, and the installers were very professional. The flooring exceeded my expectations and looks nicer that i ever imagined. Would highly recommend Georgia Carpet and Flooring.
