My daughter was seen in October and got fitted for her scoliosis brace. They put the order in same day and told us that it would take 3-4 weeks for them to receive the brace and call us for pick up. First off, they are hard to get on the phone and to get a call back from. Second, they told me after FINALLY answering the phone a week before we were supposed to get the brace that they would check the tracking and get back to me. Very hard to communicate with. Will not respond
We recently visited the office for our 6 month old. Allen Williams was so kind and patient and took the time to explain the process and guide us in the best direction for our daughter. On top of that, they had a play corner setup in the exam room which allowed my 3yo to stay occupied during the visit so we could discuss everything with little interruption. They truly have thought of everything. I definitely recommend their office to anyone in need of these services.
This place has permanently closed apparently. I came in last July to get fitted for shoes and inserts. I call sometimes, I get their voicemail and I leave my name and number and even stopped by but no one was there. It got to the point where I just gave up.
A real pleasure to visit with the folks at Carolina Orthotics on Wrightsboro Road to help with my left foot issues. Friendly, professional, and knowledgeable.
