We recently visited the office for our 6 month old. Allen Williams was so kind and patient and took the time to explain the process and guide us in the best direction for our daughter. On top of that, they had a play corner setup in the exam room which allowed my 3yo to stay occupied during the visit so we could discuss everything with little interruption. They truly have thought of everything. I definitely recommend their office to anyone in need of these services.
This place has permanently closed apparently. I came in last July to get fitted for shoes and inserts. I call sometimes, I get their voicemail and I leave my name and number and even stopped by but no one was there. It got to the point where I just gave up.
A real pleasure to visit with the folks at Carolina Orthotics on Wrightsboro Road to help with my left foot issues. Friendly, professional, and knowledgeable.
The guy was knowledgeable and personable. I was excited for my shoes. 6 months have passed. They never answer the phone or return calls . This left a horrible taste in my mouth.no shoes equals zero stars. What an utter disappointment
I have never been more displeased in my life in a product .The staff was nice but the product is a joke . If they did not want to make the orthotics all they had to do was say so . If you saw these things you would wonder how I could even use these things . I’m so very disappointed.
