The doctor we have is great in all ways! The scheduling of and completing of infusions are TERRIBLE. No matter the day of week or time of day they are ALWAYS 2-3 hours late. They are in drastic needed of a practice productivity specialist. It is difficult to recommend this location to others with a straight face...
Dr. Khanwani and his PA, Donna are fabulous! Both are super kind and want what is best for their patients. The office is super busy, there in normally a long wait. But what can you do? Unfortunately, a lot of people have cancer. All of the staff is super nice also. At Christmas time they gave a me a Christmas tree to take home and enjoy . They understand that a lot of people going through chemo just do not feel well enough to put up a tree. My medical insurance dropped me in the middle of my chemo. As a patient at this facility for quite sometime, I have become increasingly disappointed. I went for labs one week prior to my appointment as usual. The person drawing my blood decided to engage me in a conversation I had no interest in. It started with “ so who has Indian blood in your family” . I replied no one. She continued to insist that I did. She then, proceeded to tell me all about her bloodline. Very unprofessional. So, I go back for my appointment one week later.
