The care and consideration from the staff makes me feel better about my current situation. The wait time can be frustrating. Just be prepared and know that the care that you receive is worth the wait!

Dr.Jay is brilliant and caring beyond any doctor I have know and I am an RN. When you go to her office come with the knowledge that you will have to wait. The reason is that she takes her time with each of her patients to ensure they are heard and they understand. Her cancer patients have her number… anyone else know a doctor that does that?? This is my third and forever oncologist. I've been very pleased with the care I've received from Dr. Lambert. She thoroughly read my pathology report, has listened to my concerns and remains proactive for my care. It's hard to imagine the level of relief I have knowing she's paying attention. The staff is friendly and they enjoy working together. The chemo room staff goes above and beyond. Called the location at 2712 Lawrenceville Hwy. to inquire about making an appointment for a hematologist. Not sure who's answering the phones, but she was very short and rude on the phone so opted not to go forward with the appointment. If this negative initial encounter is a reflection of the practice, it makes it hard to trust I would be treated with care and compassion.

I came here as a patient paying with cash. Before the visit, I called and spoke with their financial department, and they told me the visit would cost around $100 and assured me there's no way it would cost more than $150. A month after the visit, I received a bill for $511. When I called to inform them about their mistake, they didn't answer. I didn't receive any tests or services other than the visit itself.
