Booked a home inspection for a new construction home. All I can say is 5 stars all around. Erick was very professional and very precise with details. Would definitely recommend if inspection is needed again, and would refer him to our friends and family!

I had my home inspection with Mr. Erick on 5/3/25 for my new property. Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing from the start. He arrived 10 minutes late with no prior communication or apology. During the inspection, he appeared disengaged and uncommunicative.
