Ga behavioral health professionals are very unprofessional they NEVER answer the phone they send prescriptions out late “right before pharmacy closes” which makes it very inconvenient to me and my schedule. They are changing up patients medication and seem very careless. Patients also have to wait hours to be seen! I have never met the psychiatrist that is in charge only nurse practitioners. NOT a fan! When Dr. Ahmed left, this place went downhill fast. The nurse practitioner I saw today was not friendly. She asked all the same questions she asks everyone and very robotic. The urine samples are put into a small basket and placed ON THE SIGN IN DESK.. Why? Not organized AT ALL. and each time I go in, I see someone different instead of 1 person. Not where I want to be and I am not comfortable with any of this.
Dr. Bregman was my Dr. for a long time. She is professional and thoughtful.
