Wait times are insane. Just for an evaluation I waited 2 hours in a room with no heat when it's 40 outside and a door is open. Then to top it of the evaluation is over an hour. The staff doesn't really care to help or make it better. I can't recommend this place unless you enjoy solitude and quiet thought.
BEWARE !!! Horrible!!!!The office manager Kendall is so unprofessional!!! She is what you call a old miserable Karen!!!! She called to cancel my appointment stated that someone made the wrong appointment for me, I told them that their office was unprofessional and how do they let these mistakes happen. This agency is no good!!! I thought by seeing a different psychiatrist would help. I saw Dr. Klein and made me feel like I was a bad person. I gave the agency another chance and saw another psychiatrist. She was nicer, but completely screwed me over! I wanted to get life insurance and got denied do to what she said!!! I don’t know if report was complete manipulated, but obviously there was false information and due to that I got denied. Never trust these people!!!!!!!
The experience that I've had with GBH is horrible the front staff needs more training or better yet get people in there that knows what they are doing instead of being incompetent. I spoke with 3 different people to make sure that the insurance was place in my daughter file or see if they file any claims through my insurance. The answer would be no they did not and the reason why was it was never put in or ask if she had any insurance, so now we have to have claims filed all the way back to February 2020. NOT A GOOD LOOK
