I been seeing dr wong for a year he laughs at the fact that I want answers for what’s going on with my heart it started going out of rhythm an going up to 180 an he out me on beta blockers an keep telling me I have anxiety any help

Very unorganized and they don't seem to care. The office hours say 9-5 but I called at 9:23 AM and got the recording for the answering service. I faxed a form to be completed for insurance purposes and I have had to call about it at least 3 times. It has now been 3 weeks and still no results. The fact that Dr. Wong is only in this office on Mondays and it seems to take an act of God to get a simple form completed is only a preview of how the actual patient care is.

First time visit .. I was horrified by witnessing how many elderly had a hard time getting into the building. The handicap spots are not the closest to the front doors. There are about 8 parking spots closer than the handicapped spots. The front doors are heavy. The left door is locked and the right door has no button to open automatically. I received an automated call on Saturday during non-business hours for a appointment scheduled on Tuesday. Tried calling 2 wks ago to cancel without a call back (voice mail). I called on Monday and left message with all my info and no call back to cancel. I have called 7 times on Monday with no success always goes to voice mail. Smh
