Appreciated the option of doing the course via zoom to help fit my busy schedule. Mr. Reuben was very helpful and transparent in conveying the techniques to process choice when it comes to anger and managing stress.

This is Mavis, the class was great and convenient. For someone who works a second shift and new to the state, I didn't feel it at all. I learned a lot. Which i have been implying in my everyday life. Reauben is professional and polite. He makes you understand what the program is about and helps you with the right tools. I may not need anger management now but I won't be a stranger. Mr Reuben had very helpful tips on how to control myself and my emotions in stressful situations that could cause me to become angry and react negatively. He taught skills that could be utilized in real life situations because anger is a part of life and the skills have to be learned and practiced in real life situations. The classes were held virtually which was convenient for me as I have a hectic schedule. I’ll recommend Georgia Anger Management to anyone who is in need.
