Ruben is a very enlightened man. His knowledge and communication are very effective in delivering the nuances of anger management. He operates his classrooms well and clearly enjoys what he does.
This class was so very enlightening, the way he explains thing and his soothing voice lets you be able to see things in a different way. He always say anger is always gonna be there so learning how to control it is the key and this class made me look at things in a different way and can’t say o haven’t been angry but not like before completely different scares me at times on how good I handle it
