I reached out to Ben for several jobs. His communication was terrible and the last job he did, there was issue with it. I reached out to let him know. He promise he would take care of it, an never did.
The level of customer service is unseen in these days and time !!! Ben was very transparent from the start, no hidden or false up charge fees on anything. Just supreme work across the table.
