My grandmother had 3 terrible experiences with waiting over an hour to be seen by her, which subsequently caused her to miss other appointments she had scheduled that day. One appointment after car trouble she arrived 2 minutes past the allotted time & was told she would not be seen. She explained how Mrs. Jones was very inattentive during the appointments, often times not taking her eyes off of the computer the entire visit with no eye contact or attempt to build a rapport.
