I'm only giving them 1 star so I can post my truth about georgetowne woods. They are thieves who steal your money by falsifying documentation and charging you a admin fee every month. I purchased a lease for a unremodled townehouse,, which was $1275.00. They included water, sewage, pest control, trash pickup which brought my rent to $1375.00 (rent and charges) according to my lease. I have no way to sit down and talk with them because the office is not open on Saturdays and they come in 10:00am late and leave by 10:50, put a... read more
I'm gonna give a review to this apartment complex to the maintenance people.They are very punctual, very good with their craftsmanship.Friendly staff
This has been the worst experience moving into a new apartment that I’ve ever had. The roaches are TERRIBLE!! The guy at the desk has been doing good by helping but even bombing didn’t help! That whole building needs to be treated ! A roach literally crawled on my pillow next to my face !!! It’s only been a week and I can’t take it no more! Save yourselves and your money!
Maintenance showed up ready to work and didn’t leave until the job was done. They fixed my work order and exchange other parts to fix my issue. Thumbs up to maintenance for the work they do!
