I’m a resident. And I have been with this company for 2 years and I absolutely love the service I receive. Any question or concerns that I have had I can say has been resolved in a timing and professional manner. This company definitely takes care of their residents from cleanliness to maintenance as well as emergencies. I’m not in a rush to move and to anyone considering moving here should!!! It’s very quiet and comfortable and a place to call home.
I've never had an issue with management. Very professional and always answering my emails and maintenance request. Maintenance are very hard working men and the little simple things I can do myself i don't bother them. They are renovating and doing the best they can from my experience. If I have an emergency less than 24-48 hours they will come or email me on an schedule and time when they can come. They communicate very well and always sending emails on updated events about the community and concerns.
THIS COMPLEX IS HORRIBLE DO NOT MOVE HERE !! OLD APPLIANCES, CRACKS THROUGH OUT THE FOUNDATION OF THE BATHROOM , KITCHEN AND BEDROOM .. IVE CALLED ABOUT MY BATHROOM SO MANY TIMES, THE PAINT PEELING WHENEVER WE TAKE A SHOWER.. THIS COMPLEX HAS SO MANY ROACHES ITS DISGUSTING ! THIS OLD ASS COMPLEX NEEDS AN UPGRADE.. WE HAVE A POOL AND PAYING FOR THIS AMENITIES BUT THE POOL HASN'T BEEN OPEN AT ALL DURING THIS HEAT WAVE ! WHERE IS THIS EXTRA MONEY GOING !!!??????
