My husband and I had cash for a mobile home in park but we were denied approval for park, they say due to income but we make over 1500.00 a month. In my mind there is no doubt we were discriminated against. This place doesn’t let you do anything with out there approval it’s very sad that you can’t even have a life here!!’
Small community that needs TLC. I like the fact that its under 200 homes. However it takes way too long for management to fix things.
