Was the Dental Care provider able to take and develop x-rays in their office? Yes Will this Dental Care provider try to get you an appointment ASAP if you have an emergency? Yes Did you feel that your waiting time was acceptable? Absolutely Did the waiting room smell clean? Yes Was the chair you sat in during your dental procedure comfortable? Yes

Yes, I was given all the information before my treatment Was this provider helpful about using your insurance coverage? Yes Do you trust this dentist to only recommend dental procedures you need? Yes, I trust them Were you able to watch TV during your dental procedure? No, but I was able to read a magazine Was this dentist's staff friendly? Friendly Enough

Was this dentist friendly? Extremely Friendly Did this provider use excessive foul language? Not at all! They are always respectful and courteous! Does this provider promptly return your phone calls? Definitely! They always call me back very quickly! Did this provider seem well-trained and experienced? Absolutely, they were an expert! Was the chair you sat in during your dental procedure comfortable? Definitely! It was one of the best dental chairs I've ever been in!

I love how attentive they are here. Even when notified that they have a personal phone call, they always wait to take it later. Their full attention is always on me and it makes me feel special. Their prices were very fair. The level of care you get for the price is outstanding. They took the time to explain in detail plenty of techniques I could practice at home to prevent cavities and tooth decay. Does this provider offer flexible appointment times? Absolutely! I never have a problem! Were you able to get answers to simple questions from this provider without scheduling an appointment? Yes Did this dentist offer you anesthetic when appropriate? Definitely! They paused every few minutes to make sure I was comfortable Did this dentist thoroughly examine your teeth? Definitely! Did this provider seem well-trained and experienced? Absolutely, they were an expert! Was this dentist's staff friendly? Yes, they went above and beyond How would you compare this provider to others in his/her field that you have visited? Among the best I have seen Was this provider's office too loud? Not at all, it was very peaceful and quiet Does this provider treat every client equally? Definitely, they make everyone feel equally respected and cared for

Were you able to relax during your appointment? Not really, I was a little uneasy Was this provider's office easy to locate? Fairly Easy Was the waiting area spacious? No, but I can always find a seat Did this provider seem irritated to be working with you? No, they were polite Does this provider remember you and your circumstances at every appointment? Not really. I usually have to remind them.
