Purchased a brand-new VW ID.4 from Georgetown Volkswagen and was sold a tire-and-wheel protection package by their finance manager, Jonathan Fernbach, who assured me it could be used at any VW dealership. Just bought a Tiguan last month and the experience was great. Alessia and Nick were very helpful and easy to work with. Alessia is knowledgeable and upfront and made our buying experience pleasant and smooth. Nick (sales manager) gave us a good deal and Carol, the business manager was also very good to work with. We never felt pushed or rushed during the process and they even stayed after hours to help with paperwork. We had the car in 2 days.
