Helping my son purchase his first car through Kevin Yu was a wonderful experience. He was knowledgeable and very accommodating to our schedules. Never any pressure, very helpful and exceeded expectations for sure. The whole staff there was great including Andrew assisting in our trade in and the detailing team who prepared the used car for pick up to almost appearing brand new inside. Thank you and will be back for future automobile needs.

What's the point of booking an appointment if there is going to be a 3-4hr wait for car service anyhow. Poor capacity planning. Happened twice with me. The first time I waited 2.5 hrs thought it was a one off, not anymore.
