Georgetown Sun Cryo has completely changed my recovery after workouts! The fire and ice package drastically reduced mu inflammation and helped cut my recovery time in half! Highly recommend!!
First ever experience with cupping and can give a glowing review. Started with a sauna which was great followed by a cold shower, and then had the most amazing massage to work through tension followed by cupping, which made my back feel like new. Great service; all the little things like robes, towels, and skincare are thought out well during the experience.
i did the combination of compression and sauna and i am so pleased with the results of the session. the staff was so knowledgeable and attentive. i will become a regular patron moving forward.
