I would like know who you use as a vendor for rental repairs and how you can come up with $5,000.00 in repairs. To all who do not know how to make,them prove it. PLEASE REPRT TO,THE FRCA. Go to experian print your rental history and petition them so that they have,to prove it. Any repairs you can also Google,the average cost per sqft or linear ft of what ever material then add a base labor of x amount of dollars per hr. The apartment complex is being very neglent to their currant residents who are unaware that their currant Maintance Supervisor, Richard Wayne Barker is a convicted felon of 2nd degree murder...He Murdered a man with his bare hands !!!!,He spent 11 years in Leavenworth Kansas...Was released in 1n 2007.....Please be cwrful of him...Thank you .
