Do not use this facility. They find reasons after you get there why you cannot be seen. Today had an appointment at 830a. Because I circled on a form that I had Shortness of Breath....I could not see my Doctor. It had to be a virtual visit. I brought my CPAP. So how is a Virtual Visit going to address my CPAP. Just because you have SOB does not mean you have Covid. To the Administrator of this Facility, you need to address this issue or you will continue to loose Clients
