Absolutely love Tara Salon, Kazim is the best hairstylist in DC. Period. Does an amazing job with every touch. The salon is energetic, spacious, the Spa is quiet, warm and peaceful. I love their services, and employees give you a welcomed feel. I would recommed Tara to everyone.
