We had a baby a few months ago, so we have had 3 appointments with this office. All of the doctors and nurses we saw were professional and kind. However, the office staff/ billing department has been a disappointment. We called them before choosing our insurance plan, asking if they take a specific insurance. They confirmed that they did, so because of this, we chose that insurance. After this, I took our baby to an appointment, and told them our insurance again and even wrote it down for them. Great as long as you aren't asking for advice. I haven't seen all the doctors there, but 9 times out of 10 I go in with concerns and either feel brushed off or judged. Considering going elsewhere in order to get the best care for my daughter and to actually be heard. I'm a first time mom and I usually leave feeling stupid. Not how a first time mom needs to feel. The front desk staff is wonderful though, so that's a plus.
