I called to make my little girl an appointment and they were ready to make it until I told them I would be paying out of pocket but I was trying to get her some insurance. The lady put me on hold came back and said her supervisor said they wasn’t accepting new patients. I said but I will pay for her visit she said my supervisor said no

do NOT see doctor william gray if you go here. he is easily the WORST doctor ive ever seen in my life. he belittled me as a first time mom, when i had questions and concerns about my baby he was instantly rude he will talk to you like a child and he does NOT have the best interest for you or your baby. please see someone else at this office
The quality of care has definitely regressed at this practice over the 13 years my children have been seen. The appointment times don’t seem to really matter anymore because we have consistently waited an additional 30 to 45 minutes for appointments. The office made an error on our billing as well and decided a year after appointment date to inform us of the rejected claim and stated it was our responsibility even though our insurance never lapsed then refused to see our children unless we paid the balance ourselves.
