In my personal experience/opinion: An absolute nightmare. Do NOT move here if you value a clean, quiet, and healthy environment. Loud neighbors all day and night, no soundproofing AT ALL. Huge Spiders and bugs entering your apartment all the time if you live on the last basement level floor. Nasty smell in the hallway that leaks into your apartment and clings onto all of your belongings. My granddaughter lives here she's in a middle apartment and her apartment has leaked in 3 of the rooms, the pool hasn't been open since she's lived there.
There is no poo. Its always closed. potholes everywhere, maintenence is pitiful. It's ok here. Usually quiet, at least where I am it is. But it's nothing to brag about.
