RecommendedDr Beshra Helou was listed once again, as one of Delaware’s Top doctors 0f 2029 in field of Internal Medicine😋 I’m impressed by the medical receptionists, they’re both caring ‘n efficient when you sign in. I see Rita Meadows NPR, she answers all my questions at every visit, explains any changes I need to follow for healthy eating and increases if any to my daily fitness level.
The worst I had a 10:30 appt and was told to get there one half hour early. At 11:40 I was told they had no idea what time I would get in based only provider, Medicare and Aetna. The receptionist just looked at me when I asked if she would like to sit there for an hour and 40. RUDE, AWFUL,BAD BUSINESS POLICY,
