BEWARE!!!! Serious concerns about this place and their protection of privacy under HIPAA and privacy while visiting. Please be careful for your loved one's sake. If Medicare/medicaid is involved HIPAA is involved and so is a proper release form. Not sure how many times this has happened. Tried calling them multiple times with no response.
Amazing company to work for!! We have the best communication between disciplines, offering quick solutions for our patients and caregivers. We communicate regularly. Making sure our patients and care givers are educated and feel comfortable with their plan of care. We are a small but growing company, that offers a more hands on level of care. Not to be biased, but I would recommend this company to my family and friends!!
