Interior is a bit dingy in terms of design. Elevator had carvings in it which isn't super welcoming. Main complaint is with the sound - the nearby street is loud, but even worse, for whatever reason, there was an INSANELY loud noise that lasted for around 5-10 minutes at 2am. It sounded like really loud water pipes (I'm assuming the person above me was showering) but I can't confirm I know what it was. Woke us up, and was very annoying. Beds weren't super comfy. We loved Jersey in the front desk! She's the best!
Cons - - AC barely worked and smelled awful - Toilet broke and no one fixed it (Flapper broken with wired failed calking in top of toilet) (New room offered but it was late and I declined, no credit for inconvenience when I asked) - Walked in on two workers discussing me (heard one tell the other I was polite about the toilet issue and the other went off on how I didn't deserve anything because she stayed in a hotel on her birthday and the toilet broke and they didn't do anything for her... but it was nice that I was polite ... read more
