I had my car in for service at Georgetown Honda, the employees here are kind and respectful, they took the time to explain my services and the additional services that were required based on my car's condition. My car drives like a whole new machine after the repairs! I will be getting all my services in the future done at this dealership!
Georgetown Honda is an embarrassment. Dealt with Jamie, who was rude, dismissive, and straight-up disrespectful. I was there with my brother while he was speaking on behalf of our uncle. Jamie asked if my brother was the registered owner, and when he said no, Jamie immediately said “then I don’t need to speak with you” and shut him down. DO NOT USE THIS HONDA!!!!!!! TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE WITH JAMIE. Jamie was extremely unprofessional and disrespectful. This is a terrible look for Honda as he is the "General Sales Manager". Not to mention, they lie about the timeframe in which you will receive your vehicle. I was originally told it would be within a week. To find out the date keeps being pushed back.
