James is very helpful. He has shown me how to maintain my hearing aids and when one had to be sent for repair, he got it to and back from manufacturer quickly. He also checks my hearing yearly and adjusts my hearing aids as needed.
I've been a long-standing customer here. I hope that when Mr. Carnell retires he'll train his replacement to give the awesome service that he does.
