Photos are nice and would’ve been perfect for my grooms however, customer service below zero. Overly priced with no information. It was like pulling teeth trying to get them to even say if they do rentals or not which they don’t. And I kept asking what is the start up range for calls so that I could prepare my groomsmen any he kept saying we only do custom OK I get that but how much do you start off that you have to have a starting range? $3000 for red carpet maybe but not for an intimate wedding of 50 people.

Poor customer service
I came here on a Monday to inquire about a tux rental. I sit down and the man I presume to be the owner and/or manager shows me a book with their offerings. I tell him I'm interested in a budget tuxedo and immediately he shows me a tux that's out of my budget range. Completely ridiculous. I pick out a tux, he takes my measurements, he tells me I can come back on Thursday to pick it up, and I go on my merry way. When I come back on Thursday, there's no tux for me!
