I have been waiting two hours to be seen and am still waiting as I write this. Just saw nurse and she spent less than two minutes with me. Will never come back.
I went to this clinic last Tuesday after being sick for 3 weeks did not give me any medicine did a swab test said would call me on Thursday with results and never did had to go see another doctor to get medicine.
If you are a single parent that works at Toyota never take your child to this clinic. My son had an allergic reaction to a wasp sting on his left foot. They gave him 20 ml daily of steroids for five days. They refused to fill out my FLMA paper work because they felt I did not need to take off work. This happen on Monday and was told to not give him the medication until the next morning because it would have kept him up all night. Gave it a 1 only Because it wouldn't let me give 0 stars. Took 50 minutes to get out of there once I signed my son in. Place is ⛟
This office is bright and modern, not dull and depressing like some. The staff are all super friendly, from the women at the front desk to Dr. Marisol Clark.
I can't tell you how much we love the staff. Everyone from check in to check out are so caring. I actually made the comment to someone that when you walk in, you get the feeling that everyone there loves their job. I refuse to take my family anywhere else.
Dr Clark is amazing, her and her nurse are very understanding and make you feel very comfortable.
