my new lens prescription is not correct.
This is the worst service I have experienced at any doctors office. Mid September my eyes were checked, brought my own frames in to replace the lenses, after 3 weeks the glasses came backwrong.then another 3 weeks and still wrong. Now it's mid November and still no indication my glasses are in. Unbelievable. I just want my glasses back. The Dr. Is good but the service is bad
Been with Huizinga since I was a kiddo. Good man! Good doctor.
Very nicely run Eye Doctor office . Appointments are required. Very comprehensive exams and they do diabetic exams as well . Staff is very friendly and helpful.
I have been with Dr. Huizenga for over 30 years. I thought he cared. But I know he doesn't. I had an appointment in March 2020 when Covid first started. I actually expected a call after they opened to reschedule. It's been 3 years. They never called. And then he sold out to a national chain with negative reviews. No thanks!
