This is incredibly sad - I’ve been going to this location since I was a child. After the practice was sold I tried to continue service but after today I will not be a returning patient. Prescriptions were valid for two years & never was I told or contacted that this was not the case anymore. My prescription was also never printed off & given to me at my last exam in 2024. Imagine my surprise when I tried to order contacts & was denied because validation of a current prescription could not be made. I’ve had zero vision change... read more

my new lens prescription is not correct.
This is the worst service I have experienced at any doctors office. Mid September my eyes were checked, brought my own frames in to replace the lenses, after 3 weeks the glasses came backwrong.then another 3 weeks and still wrong. Now it's mid November and still no indication my glasses are in. Unbelievable. I just want my glasses back. The Dr. Is good but the service is bad
