I can’t believe what a great experience I had here today considering they stuck a scope up my nose and I was in office because I don’t feel very good! I showed up very early but brought my work laptop to stay busy until my appointment time. Imagine my surprise when I was brought back 40 minutes early and actually seen by the doctor—unheard of these days. Called to schedule an appointment. The nice lady said that they had on 2 days from now. I said I will call right back so that I could check my daughter’s schedule. I called back and a guy answered, put me on hold, confirmed that they had an opening but declined the appointment due to “the doctor is going to be really busy in the coming weeks”. I think we dodged a bullet with this office.

Dr. Franklin was very dismissive and immediately pushed for surgery, stating that I needed it to help with my allergies. I have had a deviated septum for over 20 years and breathe fine. I am not an athlete or highly active, so there is no pressing functional reason to pursue surgery. Additionally, septum surgery helps with airflow, not allergies. He then told me I needed to inform my eye doctor that I am taking allergy medications because they could increase eye pressure due to my existing eye issues. I explained to him—and ... read more

I noticed good reviews were a year old. Something happened in the year since, because my experience was not that great. Good at instructions, but not helpful in explaining the why and the what. Perhaps most of his patients willingly follow instructions with no questions asked. In three appointments the hearing issue was not resolved, but without any testing explained my hearing loss(only radically changed since March) was due to allergies even though I have been on allergy medication since 2006, and in this area since 2019. ... read more
