Friendly, informative, caring and helpful
Amazing first experience
I wish I could give them NEGATIVE 5 stars! I am very disappointed with our experience. The office called me several times to reschedule my son’s appointment to have his tongue tie removed, which was frustrating enough. What was even more upsetting was what happened during the appointment. My son is 3 years old, and they gave him several numbing shots in his mouth while I was asked to hold him down.
