It’s a mixed bag. Sometimes they upgrade the lighting around the place, sometimes the public laundry facility get set ablaze as a gang initiation (he was told “make the news). In my 3 years here there has been 2 dead bodies in my parking lot and another murder at a business in front of the neighborhood. At the same time most everyone keeps to themselves and trouble can easily be avoided. You can buy a condo in here making like 25k a year so anyone can buy here with a first time home buyer program. This condominiums are getting better..it deserves recognition.
Been living here for over 5 years, I love the location and everything about this place. Just wanted to give a shout out to Pat for the recent upgrades in our community. Love the new management you hired they have been doing great! Old management was not good, keep the new management and the maintenance people PLEASE!!!
The pool is only open on the weekends and im off on Sundays and they decided not to open the one day i had off.
