These are great condos. I've been here for 2 years now. They are well maintained. The office staff and maintenance people are really friendly. The association fee is the lowest in the area, it includes replacement for your AC, furnace and water heater. Water is also included. I've had ZERO issues with any of my neighbors.

Nice pool
Water has been leaking from my neighbors AC unit (covered by association in bylaws) but the PM and maintenance team has refused to offer any help for over two weeks. This is just the last straw in a long list of things. It’s hard to recommend living here.
I wouldn't live anywhere else! Beautiful, well-kept grounds.Very friendly, diverse community. Great management.
