DO NOT LIVE HERE!! They are the biggest scrum lords I have ever seen! We were supposed to have a 3 month lease, but because they couldnt let us move in the 1st of the month they made us pay a 4th month! Also, we actually only lived there for 2 months because the place was soooo bad! Please DO NOT live here!!!

It is overpriced and old. The mantenance is slow and shoddy. They dont keep up on the shoveling in the winter. You will get nickle and dimed to death living in the worst part of Washigton.
12/07/2007 Ive lived at Georgetown for the last 2 1/2 years and have been pretty happy. My apartment is large and well worth the price. Maintenence has been slow in the past, but they just hired a new guy who seems to be on top of things. I would reccomend Georgetown as a comfortable affordable place to live.
