Great place to live. Hoa's are ridiculously high. I've been here for 16 years. Just be ready to pay those fees. We had to get our own windows ( they gave us a mandate) with 0 help from the HOA. Last time I looked, any window problems are 99% from the outside. Leaks don't happen inside. Lately, the condos have not been taken care of like they used to be.
