My front and back doors have holes in them, 3 inch gaps between door and frame leaving air and bugs into my unit. I have contacted the company over 11 times with no action taken. My electric bill is now averaging $135.00 a month due to the condition of my apartment. I was sent to collections after having a carpet cleaned before moving out of a unit without a phone call notice, e-mail or any piece of information. Our front door has a literal hole in it and they have neglected to fix it for a month give or take. Everyone gives us a different answer. We have a call and email log if they would like it. Please fix this as there is bugs and daylight coming in through a giant hole that has been neglected to be fixed by the landlord.

I moved into Georgetown in October 2018. I recently resigned my lease because I have had only a few issues while living here. I pay on time and due to working at ********** I am rarely home. However recently I became victim to a hit and run accident the same week rent was due. I paid rent instead of fixed the car and was going to wait until next week when I got paid to get the car running and I was told my car would be towed. This company is a fraud! I will never recommend this company. They take the deposit but they never give you that back. I recently move out of the apartment because it was very dirty , nothing works properly, i have a bunch of problems in my kitchen and my bathroom. When I decide to move out, They asked my to do professional cleaning (what I did, and I have proof). This place *****people. Everyone who works there are in on the ****. The employees are very rude in the office. They tell you, you can have a co-signer, but then they put the co-signer on the lease agreement as a tenant and not a co-signer. Well unfortunately that’s not what I wanted and they took my deposit saying I cannot get it back past 72 hours. The property took longer than 72 hours to notify me that I was approved for the unit. What a wonderful place, the speeding through the parking lot that is plowed, salted and managed by Malkin Properties. After reaching out to the property, the county and city of Shrewsbury my complaint was blown off. Living on this street is dangerous. People speed to catch a light or face sitting at it for 3 minutes with a no right on red. The property has no speed limit signs posted inside and said the speed bumps 30 yards in from the street were adequate enough. Our backyard fills with water every time it rains, It could ... read more
