This apartment unit was recently bought out by a very corrupt corporation, Tides on 23. I am currently a resident in unit 55, and recently, they have tried to charge us 75.00$/day for having a chair on the balcony. They also deemed a welcome mat that was in the hallway before I moved in was worth a 50.00$/day fee. They also are now charging a 28.00$ surcharge simply for using the online portal.
