The maintenance people came Jose and Henry and they They fix my screen they put blinds. They're very prompt and they did a really good job. I was really happy with them. People in Georgetown or maintenance. People are very prompt when you call them and they do good work. I give them a five star.

I’ve been residing here for 10 months, and unfortunately, my experience has been far from satisfactory. The management appears primarily focused on rent collection, showing little initiative in addressing tenant concerns. A significant issue has been the consistent loitering of large groups of unsupervised children—sometimes numbering between 10 to 15—directly in front of my apartment door.
