I moved here in Fall of 2017, and we have really enjoyed living here. Christy and Leslie are super helpful with any issues we might have, and the maintenance crew does their jobs quickly and efficiently (fixing up a chipping bath tub, helping unclog a garbage disposal, pest control, and more). A crew also keeps the outdoors in the front looking nice. The patio in the back has space for us to plant a vegetable garden, and we get a lot of freedom for how we want to use the back area. The sidewalk nearby serves as a nice walk; my only complaint about it is that a few dog walkers don't clean up their dog's poop. My wife and I can go on jogs either by jogging east toward the museums or west toward Willow Lawn; the neighborhoods on either side are pleasant with a lot of trees. Also, we are a short drive (20-30 minute walk) to Carytown, so we can enjoy stuff there (pre-Covid). I can easily bike to my job at VCU and my wife can easily get to her job at Libbie. We can hear the neighbors a little bit, but they're not loud; since there is nobody above or below, there is not the sort of intrusive noise you often hear people complaining about from neighbors upstairs. The guest room is a nice office for me but also a nice guest room for guests when they are visiting. Kitchen space is a bit small but it meets our needs. All in all, we've enjoyed living here and will probably continue living here for the foreseeable future.
