I just moved out of georgetown after living there 20 years because I needed a two bedroom and one was not available at this time. Overall, I’d liked it there. There are some policies and stuff that prevented me from a five star review. I felt that they put too much responsibility in the residence. Hands which made it feel like you owned a home instead of renting in an apartment complex. Constant roadwork and construction especially throughout the summer. Living here has been miserable and noisy. I live in my noise canceling headphones and I can’t wait for the day that I live somewhere where I’m not constantly having to drain noise out. These projects go all the way until 8pm so there’s no escaping it. I’d recommend not even living in the surrounding area of this place unless you like the sound of construction of endless beeping.

We lived here for a few years. All around, it was a great place to live. Despite being so close to Graceland shopping, it’s tucked away just enough to feel quiet and homey. The architecture and the old trees are very cute. The HVAC in the units is pretty loud, and with how well-kept the grounds are, it’s pretty common to hear the sounds of leaf blowers or other routine maintenance. still living here but just want to shout out the office staff and maintenance because they’re the best out of anywhere i’ve lived!!
