still living here but just want to shout out the office staff and maintenance because they’re the best out of anywhere i’ve lived!!

Update: We have lived here 3 years and just signed another lease! The staff here is excellent with communication. The maintenance workers work hard and are very friendly. Basically all below still applies and still 5 out of 5 stars for us. Old review: It is very quiet despite being near High St. We feel very safe. I have been a loyal resident of georgetown since July of 2005. I have had a 5 star experience that is until recently. At the end of May I had some new neighbors move next door to me. They are a group of girls I’d say in their early 20’s. The girls are very loud especially during quiet hours. They are either playing loud music, hammering or punching the walls, throwing things and just basically acting in a drunkin rage. I have even called the police once per advice from management.
