Laundry room situation is terrible. Half the time the dryers that “work” don’t dry your clothes. The washers are always backed up because no one can dry their clothes so you either let them sit all wet until the dryers open or someone else throws them all over the floor.
Heater is fixed!
Brandt is a great manager he is very kind and cares about his residents! He is very easy to talk to if there are any issues! Georgetown is a great place because of him!
Apartments are good enough for the price. The manager while I was here was amazing. The only complaint is that the laundry machines and dryers always need to be fixed.
