I have lived here for a year and it’s a good place to live. The heating works, the place is clean and well kept. We didn’t have a manager for some time but it wasn’t bad. The new manager Brandt keeps everything chilled out and is quick to respond to queries and maintenance issues. During winters snow was regularly cleared and I didn’t have any issues with driving in and out. Rooms are clean and they also entirely depend on your roommates. If I could give no stars I would! I have lived at George Town longer than most of the people that live here now and you’d think there would be a little bit of respect! When Libby was here it was amazing! Now… this place is a dump!!!!! We went 6-7 months with no manager. They will hang you out to dry. There has been a couple holes in my wall since I moved into this apartment! The 2 reasons why people keep living here is the price and the ward, that’s it!
