Apartments are good enough for the price. The manager while I was here was amazing. The only complaint is that the laundry machines and dryers always need to be fixed.
Brandt, the manager, is incredibly caring and always goes the extra mile to help. He’s dedicated to ensuring you have an outstanding experience at Georgetown.
George Town is a great place, especially if you’re just starting out. It’s not to fancy but it’s not run down and it’s super close to campus which is also great
Nice people to live with
Georgetown is part of Rexburg Housing, which has done nothing but treat me and other tenants well. It’s affordable, accommodating, safe, convenient, and comfortable. I’m grateful for Rexburg Housing and all of their properties, including Georgetown. I would recommend, especially if you’re on a budget. For those of you who have your parents pay for everything, I hope they stop.
