10 stars. AC stopped working on a 95 degree day. They were out on a Saturday within 2 hours, got it fixed, and gave me a very fair price. Paul was my tech. Will be using them in the future.
Gene and Paul came within 20 minutes after hours to fix our AC on a 91-degree day. Georgetown Advantage Air is great!
I am so impressed with Georgetown Advantage Air. This was my first time using them and they were wonderful. The service dispatcher was very helpful and provided guidance on what to do until the techs could come that afternoon like turning off the AC so the compressor doesn’t get damaged. The owner and another tech found the issue after a thorough investigation of inside and outside units. A huge strip of foam paper had been sucked up into the inside unit and was on the coils.
